Summer Soccer Camp is for children ages 6-11. The Camp is Monday, June 16th to Friday, June 20th . Kids should be checked-in at 8:30 AM daily at the FACT Kids desk (enter through the upstairs office door) and picked-up at 11:45 at the same location. The cost is $35 per child, (which includes a Soccer Camp t-shirt).

Since you are registering your child, on the form, ‘Registrant’ is the Parent name. Please make sure the box ‘I am registering myself’ is not checked. After that, you can add name of each child as an attendee. If you have multiple kids attending the camp, add another attendee for each child in the same registration form.
